It was built on the hill overlooking Kızkulesi, by Mustafa III after his mother Mihriflah Emine Hatun and his brother fiehzade Süleyman between 1754-60 and consists of children’s school, Turkish bath, fountain and clock room. There is a beautiful fountain on the left side of the courtyard. There is a script consisting of five lines over the south gate and a script prepared by the prime minister of the era Ragıp Mehmet Pasha below this.
