Fethi Ahmet Pasha Mosque

It is directly opposite the Karacaahmet tomb and lodge. According to the inscription, this mosque was built in wood by Haci Hafiz Ahmet Aga from Rhodes, one of Sultan Abdülmecit’s rikabdar (elaborate aghas). His son Fethi Ahmet Pasha had it rebuilt in stone. It is also incorrectly called Karacaahmet mosque. The water facility at the bottom was turned into a shop. The graves of the family members of the foundation of Ahmet Pasha of Rhodes, which is essentially an annexed foundation, are located a little further on the street, close to the Duvardibi water balance.

This mosque is at the corner of AçıkTürbe street on Aziz mahmut Hüdayi street.
