It is the first palace built in Üsküdar and belongs to the era of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror, and it is on the fiemsi Pasha coastal road and across K›zkulesi. This palace was restorated by the Architect Sinan later, and was built on the wide area of the current Ayazma mosque. Today, only an unimportant part of this palace exists.
